Yes, worldwide shipping is available.
It is cost effective as some parts are now obsolete and sourcing a reconditioned part means downtime is minimal. Brand new equipment may take time to source, fit and program.
A defective part must be sent back to be examined and tested after which either a replacement or refund will be issued. However brand new sealed items that have been opened (i.e. the seal broken) cannot be returned.
