Warranty

At Rainhill Logic Controls, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products, which is why we offer a warranty to provide you with peace of mind. Our warranty is a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction. We take pride in delivering top-notch customer service and are dedicated to resolving any concerns you may have.

All products supplied by us are guaranteed to be in working condition and refurbished products are covered by a minimum of our 6 month returns warranty.

All warranties will be honoured by Rainhill Logic Controls Ltd and not the part manufacturer. If a refurbished item fails within 6 Months from the date of delivery, please return it for a free repair or replacement.

Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our choice, of any such defective product free of charge to our customer. If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund an amount equal to the sum you originally paid.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us. This includes any liability for consequential or indirect damages or loss of profits.

Returns Policy

For returns, please reach out to us at info@rainhilllogiccontrols.com and ensure to provide the reference number from your quotation or invoice.

Rest assured, all products supplied or repaired by us undergo thorough testing and meticulous packaging prior to shipping. In the event that you encounter any issues with the items, kindly communicate with us within 7 days of delivery.

If we do not receive any communication from you within this period, we will assume that you have received the items in good working condition and without any problems. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in promptly addressing any concerns.

Returning an item

If you intend to initiate a return for any item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Following notification, you will have an additional 7 day window to complete the return process.

It’s important that all products being returned are in their complete and original condition, encompassing original manufacturer’s boxes with intact seals, packing materials, manuals, cables, and any additional accessories provided by Rainhill Logic Controls Ltd as part of the initial shipment. Rainhill Logic Controls Ltd reserves the right to decline returns for incomplete products. Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines are highly appreciated.

Faulty on receipt

We provide a comprehensive minimum warranty of 6 months for reconditioned parts. If you encounter any issues within the first 6 months from the date of delivery, please reach out to us for assistance.
